Burn a folio and the same sheet is struck on real parchment, by hand, and posted to you. The plate you give up is the plate you receive. Nothing else is printed from it. This runs in announced rounds rather than continuously, so wait for one to open before you burn anything.
There is no burn button on the contract. Burning is done the way it has always been done on chain: the folio is sent to an address nobody holds the keys to, which puts it beyond anyone's reach including ours.
Check it character by character before you send. An address typed wrong sends the folio somewhere else entirely, and that is just as permanent.
The same plate, at the same size, printed on real parchment and finished by hand. It carries the folio number it had on chain, so the sheet and the record agree. It is posted worldwide at no cost to you.
Striking and posting take time. Expect weeks rather than days, and longer where customs is slow. We write to you when it is sent. Rounds are opened when there is capacity to strike and post properly, which is why they are announced rather than always on.
This is the one place we ask for anything about you in the world rather than on chain. It is used to print the sheet, address the envelope and nothing else. It is never published, never shown on the standings, and never passed to anyone but the carrier.
